Our mission is to support Gilda’s Club Chicago as they provide free programs and services for anyone impacted by cancer.
Friends of Marlene was created in honor of our dear friend, Marlene Hetzel Palmerson, who bravely faced cancer before her passing. Marlene was a beloved and legendary figure in the meetings and association community—known for her gentle spirit, generous heart, and passion for both her work and the people around her. Today, Friends of Marlene continues her legacy through philanthropic and volunteer opportunities with Gilda's Club Chicago.
