Laughter Movement

This class is a playful space in which you are led by a certified laughter coach who guides you with yogic breathing, gentle warm-up movements with chants, stretching, music, and clapping. The session will end with a guided meditation in which participants sit, stand, or lie down and release those challenging emotions from our bodies.

Aside from the physical benefits sustained, laughter has the ability to impact your mental state by lightening your burdens, keeping you focused and grounded, inspiring hope, and fostering connection.
