Sit back, close your eyes, and breathe as the powerful frequencies of the crystal singing bowls support you in reaching deep states of relaxation. Whether you meditate every day, have never tried it, or consider yourself to be “bad” at meditation, this
offering is for you. As our facilitator, Jay Taylor, likes to say, “You can’t be bad at meditation because it isn’t about achieving something; rather, meditation is about taking time to have an experience with yourself.” All are welcome – no previous
experience necessary.
