About Kirby

Kirby Weiland is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) with a Master of Social Work from Winthrop University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Saint Louis University.

Kirby brings a range of experience in academic coaching, clinical therapy, mental health education, crisis intervention, and program facilitation. She approaches her work from a trauma-informed, strengths-based perspective, and is focused on creating welcoming, inclusive spaces where individuals and families feel supported and empowered. Passionate about making mental health education engaging, Kirby is committed to walking alongside youth and families as they navigate challenges, access meaningful resources, and build lasting resilience.

When she’s not working, Kirby enjoys treasure hunting at thrift stores, experimenting in the kitchen, playing tennis, and getting lost in a good documentary. She also cherishes time outdoors (when its warm) and visiting loved ones in St. Louis whenever she can.
