Homemade Gnocchi with a pomodoro sauce! 

For Gnocchi:

  • 3 cups flour (gluten-free substitute also works very well)
  • 2 lb yukon gold or russet potatoes
  • 2 eggs

Pomodoro Sauce:

olive oil, red onion, garlic, 28 ounce can crushed tomatoes, red pepper flakes, butter, 1/3c parmesan, basil 

It is vegetarian and easily substitutable to be made gluten free! 

Also, a healthy option is linked below. It is cauliflower gnocchi with the same sauce that we will be using for the group!
