This is an evening practice class, using gentle, basic yoga poses for winding down the day, releasing tension and stress, and bringing awareness to your breathing.
*This event is being held in-person at our Downtown Clubhouse in River North, located at 537 N. Wells Street. If you register to attend this in-person class but are no longer able to do so, please be sure to cancel your registration.
**Yoga mats and bolsters are available at the Clubhouse, but please bring a towel with you.
Facilitated by: Steve Shields | Steve has been a yoga practitioner since 1996 and teaches Healing Yoga classes. He is also a Certified Hypnotherapist and Reiki Master.
