This one-hour session includes both physical stretching and relaxing meditation. Carolyn will guide gentle beginner-friendly yoga, suitable and adjustable for all bodies. Most positions done on floor or standing, with alternatives provided. Instructor will encourage listening to your own body needs on any given day. Final 15-20 minutes of the hour will be yoga nidra – a guided relaxation to slow down the body and brain for creating rest and restoration.

Mats and props provided. Come in comfy clothes.
