Do you miss doing Yoga in-person? Join us for a Hatha-style Yoga class with poses that encourage gentle stretching and strengthening. Breathing exercises will round out the hour-long session with a short meditation at the end.
Yoga props will be provided, though you may bring your own if you prefer.
Stay for brunch afterwards and hang out with your Yoga instructor, Mary, and your fellow students. It should be a fun time!
