The Kitchen Table: Charcuterie Workshop

This month's The Kitchen Table is going to be a little more DIY and custom to what you like to eat compared to previous groups. We will learn different cutting techniques and arrangement ideas for how to create a beautiful masterpiece of charcuterie.

Here are some examples of what you can use on your charcuterie board:

  • 3 types of meat (e.g., different kinds of salami, prosciutto and deli meat)
  • 3 cheeses (e.g., Brie, Manchego, Cheddar, Swiss, Goat cheese, Gouda, etc.)
  • Olives, pickles, relishes
  • Fruit (e.g., apples, pears, oranges, berries)
  • Crackers or bread
  • Nuts (e.g., almonds, pistachios, pecans)
  • Anything else! There are no limits with charcuterie!

Gather what you can or use what you have in the fridge!

Thursday, July 15 | 4:30 - 6:00 p.m.
