1:00pm An Introduction to Mindfulness Series

This 4-week course is created for adults who are new to mindfulness. We will explore mindfulness of the body, emotions, and thoughts, and some lovingkindness practice.  Each class will include mindfulness talks, guided meditation practice, and Q&A. 

Stephanie is teaching this as a practicum of a two-year mindfulness teacher training she is enrolled in.  Participants are asked to agree to attend all four classes and complete a short survey at the end of the course.
