11:00am Palliative Care Lecture

6.09.2020
11:00am - 12:00pm

Palliative Care is a service available to people who are dealing with serious or life-limiting illness. It can complement the care you are already receiving and can provide benefit to both you and your family.

We will answer your questions about Palliative Care and how it is different from hospice. We will discuss how and where care is provided and how you can get access to this beneficial service.

Presented by: Linda A. Fischer, MSW, LCSW | Social Worker, Palliative Care | Advocate Christ Medical Center
