Research has shown that exercise helps you reduce the risk of a second cancer as well as other serious chronic diseases.  The workshop will cover the importance of exercise after the completion of cancer treatments.  Participants will gain an understanding of exercise using the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) guidelines for exercise in cancer survivors.

Presented by: Georgios Grigoriadis, MS, Kinesiology PhD Candidate, ACSM-ACS Certified Cancer Exercise Trainer, Teaching/Research Assistant, Integrative Physiology Laboratory (IPL) | University of Illinois at Chicago.
