4:00pm - 5:00pm

Learn about the connection between thoughts and feelings of stress and practice healthy coping strategies to feel more relaxed in this 5-week series. Skills learned will include deep breating, progressive muscle relaxation, guided imagery and more!

Program will not occur on 2/17 due to Clubhouse Closure for the holiday.
