Stress Busters Series

Location: Gilda's Club Chicago Wells Street Clubhouse

Repeats every week every Monday until Mon Mar 02 2020 except Mon Feb 17 2020.

Learn about the connection between thoughts and feelings of stress and practice healthy coping strategies to feel more relaxed in this 5-week series. Skills learned will include deep breating, progressive muscle relaxation, guided imagery and more!

Program will not occur on 2/17 due to Clubhouse Closure for the holiday.
