Boot Camp Booster

Location: Gilda's Club Chicago Wells Street Clubhouse

Repeats every month on January, February, March on the third Wednesday until Thu Mar 19 2020 except Wed Mar 18 2020.

First and Third Thursdays

This exercise class will boost your Boot Camp exercise practice by teaching you simple exercises to increase your strength and endurance.  All experience levels welcome.
