6:00pm - 7:00pm

Raquel Jex Forsgren, A Certified Yoga Therapist and Resilience Coach, will be guiding us through strategies to build your resilience and self-care through the foundation of mindfulness and using mind-body medicine.  After this 60-minute experiential, you'll be able to leverage tips on managing the emotions that go hand in hand with your  journey and feel empowered in a way that helps you take control of your mind, body, emotions and way of living your life.
