Basic Fitness & Toning

Location: Advocate Christ Medical Center and Advocate Children's Hospital - Oak Lawn

Repeats every week every Wednesday 100 times except Wed Jan 30 2019, Wed Mar 06 2019, Wed Dec 25 2019, Wed Jan 01 2020.

A great class for beginners or people getting back into a fitness frame of mind. We'll do a light warm-up, then use our own body weight, elastic bands, and maybe even some light weights for a nice overall workout.

Exercises can be adapted to a variety of fitness levels, so don't be intimidated.
