Lymphedema is a commonly misunderstood and confusing diagnosis that many people encounter as a result of breast cancer treatment.  This program will be led by occupational and physical therapists from the Shirley Ryan Ability Lab who specialize in lymphedema and cancer rehabilitation.  Participants will learn the benefits and importance of a regular exercise program with a diagnosis or risk of lymphedema.  Participants will be provided with the knowledge and means to implement a sustainable exercise program after the completion of the 3 sessions.  This program will aslo educate patients on lymphedema risk reduction practices.

*Please note:  Comfortable clothing is encouraged for the last two sessions.
