Stress Buster Series

Location: Advocate Christ Medical Center and Advocate Children's Hospital - Oak Lawn

Repeats every week every Thursday until Thu Mar 09 2017.

Explore how thoughts directly impact daily stress levels while learning and practicing effective strategies to cope with stress. In this 6-week series, participants will learn to use the following skills to reduce feelings of stress: mindfulness, guided imagery, progressive muscle relaxation, mandala coloring, deep breathing and journaling.
