Join us for a 60-minute virtual class that will be broken down with 45 minutes of gentle asana followed by 15 minutes of guided meditation for the Black Women of Ethnicities Monthly Support Group of Gilda’s Club Chicago. Participants can expect a gentle class that will link breath to movement, all while promoting a natural way to relax and cope with anxiety, stress, and depression. This class will help our survivors take positive action and feel more in control of their lives, all through intentional movements and breathing to hold full their feelings as black women. Participants will enjoy a space that is accessible for all levels/bodies/ages, full of inclusivity, and most importantly FUN through music that will uplift your soul, but most importantly, make you feel good.
