Gilda’s Club at the Lurie Cancer Center offers a variety of mind-body workshops including gentle yoga, T'ai Chi Chih®, stress relief, various art classes and one-on-one Art as Relaxation for patients and families. Designed to be fun, informative and reduce stress, all activities are offered free of charge.
