This program will review important aspects of surviving Hodgkin and Diffuse Large B Cell Lymphoma (DLBCL) including the purpose of a Survivorship Care Plan, short and long term side effects of treatment including heart, lung, neuropathy and screening for secondary cancers.  We will highlight screening guidelines, and  the importance of the shared-care model and working with your oncology team and Primary Care Providers to promote communication and education to optimize your health as a cancer survivor.
