RESERVATIONS

There are 3 Easy Ways to RSVP for Events at Gilda's Club Chicago:

1. Click one of the links below. Fill out the form with your name, phone number, and the event you'd like to attend, and click "Submit."

2. Call us at (312) 464-9900 to RSVP for an event at the Clubhouse on Wells, or (773) 296-8229 to RSVP for an event at the Creticos Cancer Center.

3. E-mail Sabrina Pratt at sabrinapratt@gildasclubchicago.org to RSVP for an event at the Clubhouse on Wells, or Heather Dean at heatherdean@gildasclubchicago.org to RSVP for an event at the Creticos Cancer Center.

As always, you can also sign up for an event next time you visit the Club!

RSVP Policy: If we do not have any reservations 24 hours prior to an activity, it may be cancelled. If you decide to attend at the last minute, please call ahead to ensure availability. 

*RSVPs are not necessary for the Hospital Program.

If you are bringing your children to Noogieland, please contact Noogieland Coordinator Jamie Mazer at jamiemazer@gildasclubchicago.org or (312) 464-9900 at least three weekdays in advance so that we may provide adequate staffing.
